HOW TO MAKE OMELETTE
2 eggs 2 tbsp. Water
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Butter
Dash pepper
1/3 to 1/2 cup fillings, such as choped meat, onion, garlic, and vegetables. But many different ingredients can be used for the fillings. Use one or more of your favorite foods. As like, shredded cheese, bell tomatoes, etc.
Direction Step By Step
1. Prepare fillings first. Omlette cook is so quickly, so any fillings should be ready to go before starting the eggs.
2. Beat eggs, water, salt, and pepper in small bowl until blender.
3. Heat butter in 7 to 10-inch omelette pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. 4. Pour in egg mixture. Mixture should set immediately at edges.
5. Gently push cooked portion or egg mixture from edges towards the center, so that uncooked eggs can reach the hot pan surface.
6. When top surface of eggs is thickened, place filling on one side of the omelette. Fold omelette in half with turner.
7. Invert or slide omelette onto plate. Serve immediately.
